Regina Yeh is a shareholder of Anderson Yeh PC. Regina's clients include studios, production companies, writers, producers, digital media companies, entertainment startups, and individuals.
Regina grew up in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from UCLA in 2005 with a BA in English and a minor in political science. During her time at UCLA, she studied Shakespeare at Stratford-upon-Avon and London, England, and law and policy in Washington, D.C.
Regina attended law school at U.C. Davis School of Law in 2006. During law school, Regina was a judicial extern for U.S. District Court Judge R. Gary Klausner of the Central District of California and an extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office – Civil Division in the Eastern District of California. She served as co-chair of U.C. Davis’s chapter of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, and was Business Articles editor of the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal in 2010. She was also avid in U.C. Davis’s Ski or Snowboard Club. She received her law degree in 2009.
Following law school, Regina returned to Los Angeles to spend three years as an associate attorney at a small intellectual property and business litigation firm, where she gained extensive litigation experience, including first- and second-chair trial experience, and in a variety of civil cases including commercial litigation, intellectual property, and privacy law. In 2010, Regina drafted and argued a motion for review that ultimately reversed a magistrate judge’s rulings on whether Facebook and MySpace messages and wall posts were subject to privacy protections under the Stored Communications Act. In 2011, Regina successfully obtained reversal on a summary judgment order dismissing a copyright infringement claim in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
In 2012, Regina joined a law firm formed by former Latham & Watkins attorneys, whose practice involved complex business litigation and financial institutions, including national banks, mortgage banking companies, and governmental corporations. There, she also gained extensive transactional experience advising startup companies on issues ranging from corporate governance to employment law.
In early 2014, Regina took the reins of Anderson General & Entertainment Law PC while Edward continued his day-to-day duties at his position at Fox. In 2015, Regina became a name shareholder at the newly named Anderson Yeh PC. Regina continues to litigate and perform transactional work for clients in a range of industries.
